Randall Griffin
My passion for remolding started long before Renovate Erie ever existed. At just 13years old I began working part-time as a laborer for a remodeling company in Manassas, VA. Even at that age, I was fascinated by the process of taking an outdated, damaged, or underused space and transforming it into something beautiful, functional, and completely new.
That early experience turned into a lifelong passion for construction, remodeling, and design. At 21 years old I started my first business in WV, gaining valuable experience not only in the trades, but also in understanding what homeowners truly want from a contractor: communication, honesty, reliability, creativity, and someone who genuinely cares about the finished results.
When I moved to Erie, PA I saw and opportunity to build something special—and Renovate Erie was born.
Today, I bring years of hands-on experience, creativity, an eye for design to every project we take on. I consider myself extremely responsive, considerate, knowledgeable, fair, and always willing to think outside of the box. One of my favorite parts of this business is helping a homeowner see possibilities in a space they may have never considered before. I am constantly developing new ideas, layouts, designs, and solutions that can make a home more beautiful, comfortable, functional, and valuable.
But for me, remodeling is about much more than appearances.
One of the most rewarding parts of what we do at Renovate Erie is helping people remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. Creating adaptive and accessible kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, entrances, and living spaces can truly change someone’s quality of life. Knowing that our work can make everyday life safer, easier, and more enjoyable for a homeowner or family is incredibly rewarding to me.
I also believe a company is only as strong as the people behind it, and I couldn’t be more proud of the Renovate Erie Team. We have an amazing group of talented, hardworking people who care about our customers and take pride in what they do. Our team continues to learn, improve, and grown everyday, an I am excited about what we are building together.
My goal has never been to simply complete another construction project. I want every Renovate Erie customer to feel heard, respected, informed, and excited throughout the process. Whether we’re completing a full-home renovation, designing a dream kitchen or bathroom, improving accessibility, or completely reimagining a space, I want the finished project to make a real difference in someone’s life.

Hi, I’m Jenn, the Office Manager at Renovate Erie, a local construction business serving the Erie community.
As an Erie native, I have a genuine connection to this community and the people who call it home. Renovate Erie began when my husband and I decided to build something of our own. He moved from West Virginia to Erie to start the business, and together we’ve been growing Renovate Erie into a company our community can trust.
While I’m relatively new to the construction industry, with 1 year and 5 months of experience in the business, I bring more than 5 years of administrative experience to the table. That background has taught me the importance of organization, communication, professionalism, and making sure the details don’t get overlooked.
What matters most to me is attention to detail and genuinely caring about our customers. Renovations can be a big investment, and I believe every customer deserves to feel heard, respected, and confident in the people working on their home or project.

As the Director of Renovate Erie, the most rewarding part of my job is making a positive difference in our community. We take pride in what we do, care deeply about our customers, and are committed to delivering quality work.
After 13 years in healthcare, I was ready for a change of pace and scenery. Joining this industry has been an uplifting experience that has brought so much positivity into my life. What makes it even more special is the team I work alongside—they are my best friends and chosen family. The love and support we share are unmatched.
The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is to expect the unexpected. No matter how prepared you feel, there’s always something new to navigate, and I’ve learned to stay flexible and ready for anything.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking spontaneous adventures, enjoying the outdoors when the weather allows, and reading. But my absolute favorite place to be is at home with my cat, Rocket Raccoon—my number-one little best friend.
